Blackbelt Test - 8/1/15

We will be having our annual blackbelt test on August 1st at 3:00 PM.

May 27 Martial Arts Quote of the week

" Do or do not ,  there is no try "  -- Yoda -- Return of the Jedi .   Yes I went there . This is one of my favorite Martial Arts quotes . It is about mindset and attitude .     If one of our students was ever attacked  the mindset should be " I WILL defend myself " ,  not " I will try " .  Some things must be viewed in absolutes . It's part of the Indomitable Spirit .  Mr Wood put signs with the word  "can't" crossed out in red  in the school . It is a similar way of thinking .

Closed Memorial day

There will be no classes on Monday May 28 for Memorial day . Thank you toall those who served our country . We have our freedom because of you .

Open Workouts

MARCH 5  

Beginning in March we will have "open workouts " from 7:30 untill 8:30 on Monday nights. This is open to ALL students. At least 1 instructor will be on hand to supervise .
